Today I finished up rounding the corners of HS-710 and 714 as shown in the drawing. In the time it took me to do one corner with the hand file, I did all other 7 corners with my tool du jour. Here are the pics of those two parts in their current state.

My new friend, the belt sander. Now covered in aluminum shavings from the unwanted parts of HS-170 and 714. The little clear balls in the bottom right are the contents of a silica gel pack that I didn't notice was jammed behind the disc when I hit the switch...
And finally my new little vice for the future bending of HS-710 and 714, as well as many others, I'm sure...
