1 Hour - Broke edges of HS-710 and 714

I sent in the order for my Avery toolkit today. That's another $2300 out the window (after shipping/tax). So today I did more of what I could prior to getting clecos and a good drill and bits. I did some more work on HS-710 and 714. I broke the edges so it would lay nice and flat for the match drilling of the inboard holes. I ran into a little issue with that though. A couple steps ahead you trim back the flanges of the HS-702 spar halves. It appears that it will be easier to get the angle to fit nicely if I do the flange trimming beforehand. So, once my tools arrive (includes Wiss snips) I will trim (but not bend) it prior to drilling the inboard holes. The pic today is of the the trimmed and marked HS-710, 714, and 702s sitting in their future positions. Also above that is rear spar awaiting clecos, drilling, and a good scothbrite workover. Now if I can only figure out my priming strategy and get that stuff on order, too...
