Today I made the spar stiffeners from the stock that comes with the kit. There are 8 double-length pieces that need to first be cut in half, then shortened to their respective lengths, and finally the front edge needs a angle trimmed off of it, and the back edge needs a relatively large angle cut off. Here is the stiffener stock as it comes.
And after an hour (maybe a tad more) of trimming with the tin snips the stiffeners are the correct lengths and shapes.
