2 Hours - Electric trim cover and mounts

Today it seemed like I spent a bunch of time reading the instructions, drawings, and doing a little thinking. I really didn't get much real work done. After a lot of searching around, I came to the conclusion that Vans has exactly zero instructions regarding the trim cover and electric trim mounts. It is never even mentioned in the instruction, but there are 2 sub-assembly drawings on DWG 4. So this has to be assembled solely by reference to the drawings. Which is where one of my issues arose. The drawing states that there is "1 3/8" between inboard edge of EET-602B-L and outboard edge of E-616PP". If you follow that, the trim servo is not centered on the cutout for the pushrod. So with the trim servo clecoed onto the support brackets, centered it up, and made some marks on the cover plate. Turns out the correct dimension there is 1 5/16". So I drilled, deburred, and dimpled the all the parts. Vans mentions that you might need to trim some from E-615 and E-616 to clear the cleavis and pins on the electric trim. I ran it all the way out with a 9V battery and there was no interference, so no trimming for me... So here's the couple things that I got done tonight and added to the new 'ready to prime' pile.
