Today I went over to Scott's place, helped him move his wings from the jig and into the cradle, and took thatjig off his hands... He built a nice looking set of 9 wings with it, so with a couple mods, it'll be ready for my 7 wings! I have to move the rear spar support down, as the 7 wings are wider, and cut the tall support, as my garage ceiling isn't as high as his, but that's about it. The length is set by the spars so that'll be no problem. After making the long haul back here (a whole 7 blocks), I started cleaning up the garage. It was a major mess in there with a lot of dust (fiberglass, metal, wood, paint) all over everything. Tomorrow I should finsh it up and make a home depot run to get the few things I need to set up the jig and insulate the garage a bit as Texas summers are a little warm..
