The job of rib preparation began today. Nothing too exciting, just ran all of the main rib edges over the scotchbrite wheel on the bench grinder, then did all of the holes with the scotchbrite on the die grinder. 28 main ribs = 112 edges and 112 holes. Not too bad for 3 hours, I guess. I've still got to go over them with the little wheel on the die grinder to get in all the nooks and crannies and then run over the few little holes with the hold deburring tool. Then I get to do it all again for 26 front ribs.
