1 Hour - More wing skin deburring

While I'm waiting for the weekend and a few new items from Avery to show up, I did some more deburring. I did the left outboard bottom skin and then did the edges on the inboard skin. Here you can see my deburring tools of choice for these jobs. The deburring bit, out of the tool. It is a lot quicker and easier to just spin in between my index finger and thumb than to use the handle. One spin (probably 1.5 or 2 turns) is plenty to deburr these little holes. Then the edge deburring tool... I REALLY like this thing. It makes such perfect rounded skin edges, and I've learned to make it work for everything including corners, as long as the inside corners have at least a 1/2" radius or so. For the really sharp (1/8 or 1/4") inside corners I use the tiny litty round file I picked up at Home Depot, it works pretty good, but you can never get a perfect edge like the edge tool makes...
