Now for some fun stuff... Sealing the tanks. I spent a bunch of time preparing for the stiffener and drain stuff by scuffing and cleaning with MEK today. And for my first prosealing activity I did the non-critical tank access ring and platenuts. The instructions say you don't have to seal this, as it's sealed with the plate on the outside, but it can't hurt and gives me some practice. I also sealed the oops hole I drilled in the right inboard rib. Turns out I don't have any AN470AD3 rivets, so I dimpled the rivet holes for it and used 426's. It really looks like a horrible mess in the picture, but it's not as bad as the camera makes it out to be. The other side is nice and clean after I went over it with some MEK afterwards. Besides, nobody will ever see this except in my picutres, so a little mess is just fine. :)
